Ontario Community Council on Impaired Driving is a registered charity operating in Ontario since 1989 (officially). We have hosted the arrive alive DRIVE SOBER campaign since that time. OCCID does not telemarket, we do not use professional fundraisers. All board members sit in a voluntary capacity.
A shut out. Like I can see getting a shut out in hockey – or soccer – maybe football – but OCCID wants to shut out impaired driving… and this year we’re proud to have Leaf Coach Ron Wilson as the new voice for the campaign.
In 2005 OCCID hosted Shut Out Impaired Driving for the first time and have had huge success with it since that time.
